About

My interest in the field of urban planning, ultimately, comes down to my love and infatuation with the built environment. Urban planning is a challenging, but exciting field. I am a recent graduate of the Master of Urban Planning Program in the University of Kansas. During that program, I emphasized on sustainable land-use planning and urban design. Prior to my time at Kansas University, I developed and enhanced my design and architecture knowledge from Kansas State University, entrepreneurship and business skills at the University of Missouri, and leadership experience through the United States Army. Through these experiences I have established a diverse and wide-range set of skills and abilities, in which I feel has and will continue to contribute to my work as a urban planner.

I am part Urban Planner, National Guard Soldier, Fitness Nut, and Outdoorsman, but ultimately I am a man who is grateful for the gift of life, my loving wife, family, and friends.
